Beef Kala Bhuna originated from Chittagong region of Bangladesh. This is a traditional dish of Cox’s Bazar. In this dish the beef is cooked for a long time for making deep fry. The colour of the dish comes out black and that’s why this is called Kala Bhuna. Beef Kala Bhuna will surprise you with spicy & crunchy taste.
